Born and raised in Greenville, SC, singer-songwriter Mark Webb Jr carries a tender voice and unique timbre that embodies real Americana. Taking inspiration from life experiences, overheard conversations and current events, Mark writes and curates songs that echo the cuts, bruises and blossoms of life.
Signing to Gold Ship Records, Mark released his debut EP, Home, on July 8th. He quickly made No Depression's list of "Rookies on the Rise" for 2016. Mark most recently celebrated the release of his sophomore album, ‘Smoke Wine Banter,’ on April 26th, 2019.
Mark has shared the stage with musicians such as American Aquarium, Turnpike Troubadours, Jill Andrews, Justin Townes Earle, and more. He’s also had the pleasure of co-writing, “Heart Under Presssure,” with Ted Russell Kamp (January 2019) and, ‘Open My Eyes,” with Dashboard Confessional’s Chris Carrabba. The collaborative track was released early 2018 on Dashboard’s newest album, 'Crooked Shadows,'.
